Roasted Chestnuts a la Poodle

With small sharp knife, cut small X into flat side of chestnuts. Roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Quickly peel (protect fingers!) and enjoy.

Eat with hot chocolate and friends and Christmas tree.
