1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
2 tbs butter (28g, melted, not too hot)
1 cup flour
1 tbs or more of sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
blueberries (frozen or fresh is fine, if frozen, rinse under warm water for a little bit)
Combine ingredients in mixing bowl. Melt a pat of butter in pan, ladle batter in, wait a bit and flip. Enjoy with maple syrup.
