1 can o' tuna
2 tablespoons mayo
2 dill pickle spears
salt n' pepper
2 TJ's ciabattini rolls
Dice up pickle, though not too small (~8mm cubes). Combine with mayo, tuna, and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. For chunkier consistency, use a fork to mash; for smoother, go with a wire whisk.
Serve on toasted ciabattini rolls. Each can of tuna makes two small sandwiches, enough to satiate 1 person.
