Very easy side to throw together. I never measure out the spices, just sprinkle on and mix until it looks good.
4 red potatoes, with skins, diced
olive oil
salt
pepper
paprika
onion powder
chili powder
montreal steak seasoning
oregano
basil
thyme
Preheat oven to 450F. Dice potatoes and add a few tablespoons of oil. Then season with any/all of the listed spices, occasionally tossing to evenly coat the potatoes. Bake for 20-30min until potatoes are brown and crisp. Can flip halfway through to maximize crispiness.
