1 carton of soft tofu
4 preserved duck eggs
1 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
This is something my ma used to make. Very easy to make. Just peel and dice the duck eggs, slice tofu into cubes, add sesame oil and salt/pepper, and mix gently but thoroughly. Serve cold with white rice.
Monkey's note: my mom makes this too except she adds a bit of finely minced garlic and some chopped cilantro. she also adds a bit of hondashi flakes.
