Dough:
1 tsp yeast
3/4 cup warm water
pinch of sugar
1 3/4 cup flour (219g)
1/2 tsp salt
Mix yeast and water together, set aside. Mix flour, sugar, and salt together. Mix in yeast/water until dough comes together. Best after rising in fridge 3-4 days.
Sauce:
1 can tomato paste (6 oz)
6 oz warm water
1 tbs honey
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
pinch ground pepper
2 pinches salt
Combine in saucepan at low heat.
