Healthy Froyo

2 cups of nonfat greek yogurt
1 cup of milk (I always use 1%)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 lemon

Combine yogurt, milk, and sugar an hour before you want to have froyo. Let sit in the fridge for an hour so that sugar dissolves. Add the juice of an entire lemon, remix, then transfer to ice cream maker. Serve with chopped strawberries, mangoes, etc.

Total calories is ~750.
