Gnocchi al Gorgonzola o Pomodoro
Homemade potato gnocchi pasta in a creamy gorgonzola sauce or fresh plum tomato sauce.
(best gnocchi i have eaten in philadelphia. it is homemade, really fluffy and melts in the mouth...both sauces yummy)
Ravioli all’Aragosta
Lobster ravioli and jumbo shrimp with asparagus in a tomato-cognac sauce with fresh sage.
(tasty lobster, really nice tomato-cognac sauce...very heavy/creamy.)
It is a good restaurant, not the best (see Melograno), but still good. they take CC and are not a BYO but if you show up with wine, and then do a little acting ("Oh, really? I thought you were a BYO. You know, Floyd in accounting-thats who recommended we eat here-i would swear he said it was a BYO.) then they will allow you to enjoy your wine with dinner anyway. The restaurant is never busy. it is on sansom between 20 and 21.
