Chickpea and Spinach Burgers

I totally ripped this off a friend, but it is simply delicioso (is that allowed?)

1 can (16oz) of chickpeas
1 onion (quartered)
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 lb spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper

In a food processor, blend the chickpeas, onion, oatmeal, and spinach until the mixture is chunky and cohesive, don't puree. Then thoroughly mix in the spices, salt and pepper. Form into balls (if your hands are wet it's easier to work with the mix) and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. Pan-fry and serve with pita a little yogurt with minced garlic.
