3/4 c soy sauce
1/3 c dark brown sugar (packed)
2 tbs chopped peeled ginger
4 large garlic cloves, chopped
12 skinless boneless chicken thighs
whisk soy sauce, sugar, ginger and garlic in large bowl. marinate
chicken 1-2 hours. grill. (i believe i added vast amounts of ginger
and garlic and didn't bother peeling ginger).
